His BusinessPanama Group involves companies ranging from real estate sales, title insurance, IRA services, equity and capital financing, insurance brokerage, mortgage brokerage and others.

He is a former Ambassador of Panama; former President of American Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Panama; former President of the Council for Investment & Development of Panama; former President of the Inter-American Council for Commerce & Trade; founder and former member of the Board of Directors of the US-Panama Business Council; founder and former member of the Board of Directors of the Japan-Panama Friendship Association. Currently, he is the President of the Panama-Canada Business Council.

Dr. Pardini actively speaks in different conferences and he has written numerous articles such as Real Estate Investment Opportunities in Panama, The Ultimate Guide to Investing, Retiring and Living in Panama, Buying Real Estate in Panama and others.

He also devotes time as member of the Board of Directors of several Panamanian and Multinational corporations.

Juan Jose Espino-Sagel - Director

Dr. Espino-Sagel is a leading Panamanian attorney specialized in Tourism, Real Estate, Hotel Development, Corporate Transactions, Shipping, Immigration and Foreign Investments.

With graduate studies in Panama, London and California, he has substantial experience assisting individual investors as well as small and medium size companies in matters ranging from purchasing properties in Bocas del Toro, Panama City or Boquete to a medium size group setting up an island resort hotel & marina project and companies looking at contract bids with the Panama Canal.

He has a long track record of successfully helping clients from Asia, Europe, Latin America, Canada and the United States.

Mrs. Rodriguez has 20 years experience in management and business development, plus coordinates our administrative staff and alliance services.

Daniel Pardini - Client Service Specialist

Born in Panama, Daniel has travelled throughout North America, Europe, and South America, participating in different international seminars. The combined experience gives him the opportunity to know different cultures and makes him an expert in Sales, providing our clients with the utmost of professional assistance, ethical representation, and customer satisfaction.

Daniel is also taking studies related to Business and Communication matters at Louisville University; in Panama. Daniel speaks perfect English and Spanish.

Priscilla Maloney - Sales & Business Development

Priscilla, a graduate from the University of Toronto (BA, MBA) comes to BusinessPanama with a solid portfolio of consulting assignments in both the public and private sectors, in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. She is a seasoned traveller and cultured individual, fluent in five languages. Her breath of knowledge pertaining to world affairs is impressive, and she has the ability to relate complex issues dealing with social, political, economic and conservation matters with flair, simplicity and passion.

Sol Mariana Pérez – Sales Assistant & Client Services

Sol was born in Panama. She graduated at the San Agustin School and then continued her university studies in Administration at the Universidad Interamericana. Soon after graduation, Sol began working in one of the most prestigious Call Centers in Panama, where she learned about costumer service and assistance for the Order Verification Department.  

Sol is very dedicated when it comes to assisting customers, helping them find the type of properties that suit their needs and guiding them to the best options for living in Panama. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

Dario Franco - Sales & Business Development Azuero Peninsula

Born in Panama, Mr. Franco has travelled to many countries in America, Europe and Africa which has given him great skill in human relations. He has worked as manager in important National and Regional Institutions in Panama. Mr. Franco has vast knowledge in Azuero Peninsula Real Estate giving our customer peace of mind on their investments.

Juan Francisco was born in Panama City, Panama. He attended school in both Panama and in the US. He returned to Panama and is currently studying law. He has travelled the globe and is fluent in Spanish and English. Juan Francisco has worked in several companies and businesses; this has given him a very complete and powerful working repertoire. At BusinessPanama, he is a sales and business development executive and takes care of finding that one piece of investment that will become the next hit.

Maricarmen Olave-Jaén - Marketing & Promotion Assistant

A seasoned marketing practitioner, Maricarmen brings fresh talent to The Business Panama Group as she comes to us straight out of Latina University. Through previous roles she has successfully produced several publicity materials, planned and managed events, conducted research, supervised others, built customer relationships, and brainstormed creative solutions to a variety of problems.
 
Maricarmen performs a variety of tasks for the marketing initiatives of the clients of BusinessPanama Real Estate. Her support activities include event coordination, budget management, preparing and sending newsletters, design media ads, property listings flyers, web portal support, and development of marketing materials for presentations.

With a Cum Laude honor distinction, Maricarmen has a Bachelor in Social Communications with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a Master degree in Marketing and Advertising.  She has also taken several courses on web design and web marketing. Before coming to the Business Panama Group, she worked in the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Interoceanic Region Authority, Medcom RPC Channel 4.  Maricarmen is a native Panamanian and her interests include music, photography, candle making, swimming and teaching.

Darlene Barahona – IT Specialist

Darlene Barahona is the Technical Engineer for Business Panama. Previously, she has worked in Compulab, Advance System Supply and Ring Ring Corporation. As a computer expert, Darlene offers instruction to her coworkers on the use of digital tools and software; she provides needed resources and ideas to integrate multiple modes of e-commerce techniques in order to maximize the Business Panama web page.

Ms. Barahona received a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Panama’s Universidad Del Istmo and a second bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Publicity from the Interamerican University. She handles all Microsoft platforms as well as Linux, Adobe and php software, among others.

As a computer engineer she coordinates the maintenance and future growth of the company’s computer systems. She works with all departments, discovering each one’s computer needs, then makes projections of what technical direction the company should take.
