Summary of Services

Our services consist of storage in ventilated warehouses, classification of the merchandise upon arrival, inventory registration and maintenance of the products by lots/manufacture dates in our computer, lot picking according to their manufacture dates, packaging, procurement of shipping documents, shipment of documents to the distributor, issuance of inventory and movement reports.

We are capable of offering additional special services such as customized reports for your specific necessities and interconnectivity with computers in Panamá and abroad. Our company additionally offers space within our installations in order to facilitate the on site coordination of activities.

Our service is characterized by the continuous interaction with the client and the distributors in order to streamline the information flow and quickly resolve any possible circumstances that could hinder the supply of the products to the markets.

The services rendered are charged on the basis of a commission on the invoiced value to the distributor, negotiable according to total invoicing volume.

The communication expenses (faxes, courier, long distance calls, mail and e-mail) are not included. Also not included are expenses related to the cartage of goods from port/airport to our warehouses and vice-versa; repackaging materials and labor (stamping, labeling or ink- jet printing); insurance of storage and transportation; consular expenses.

Rates of other expenses

A. Operations Permit (Annual Payment): US$ 2,400.00

B. Operation Fees (Annual payment):

  • B1. Users US$ 3,000.00
    Merchandise Commercialisation Key (import,  export and re-export)of agent of movement of good and special keys for incidental activities.
  • B2. Represented US$ 2,500.00
    Key for represented companies and for special representations
  • B3. Storage Contract of Public Warehouse US$ 2,500.00
    Key for companies with storage contract in the Public Deposit Property of Colon Free Zone Administration.

C. Rental Fee (Monthly payment)
Buildings and Locals per square meter

  • Colon Commercial Area                                     US$ 4.00 m2
  • France Field Commercial Area                            US$ 2.75 m2
  • Jose Dominador Bazan” Commercial Area          US$ 1.75 m2

Lots and Terrain per square meter

  • Colon Commercial Area                                                 US$ 1.00 m2
  • France Field Commercial Area                                        US$ 0.60 m2
  • “Jose Dominador Bazan” Commercial Area                     US$ 0.60 m2
  • “Coco Solito” Commercial Area                                      US$ 0.40 m2
  • “Mar Manglar”, Construction Area of sea and swamp       US$ 0.40 m2

D. Garbage Collection (monthly payment):

  • Minimum US$ 30.00
  • Maximum US$ 120.00

E. Security Rate (Monthly payment):

  • Minimum US$ 50.00
  • Maximum US$ 150.00

- Initial Expenses (only one payment)

  • F1. Guarantee Deposit of Operation Permit US$ 5,560.00
  • F2. Guarantee Deposit for lot and locales equivalent to three months rent
  • F3. Notary Services and Fiscal Stamps.

Other expenditures

  • Printouts and forms:
    Forms of Entry/Exit to the Colon Free Zone: US$ 12.50 each form
  •  Entrances transactions 
  • Aerial entrance without commercial value, entrance by re-entrance US$ 10.00 charge proceeding from local ports and entrance because of annulment of exits transacted, but not carried out, meaning those that did not get to leave the perimeter of the Colon Free Zone.
  • Land entrance with articles that will be used for the US$ 10.00 internal operations of the enterprise (if the articles were bought in the national territory they will be exempted of this cost) and aerial entries.
  • Maritime and land entries. US$ 50.00
  • Authentication of document US$ 5.00

*Compulsory Expenses. The client can contract all other expenses.
The consular expenses fluctuate according to the value of the invoice; the countries that at this moment require legalization are Nicaragua, Guatemala and Dominican Republic . These expenses have a minimum fee of USD 10.00 and a maximum of USD 140.00.
The expenses for communication depend on the method chosen and the countries to be contacted.
The total warehousing capacity is 16,000 square meters, equipped with modem tools in order to offer quality service more in accordance with the current market necessities.
Additionally, our alliance partner also has a warehouse in the airport of Tocumen to support the deliveries and receipts of shipments at the terminal.
